The Indian Tolls Act, 1864

The State Government may extend this Act to places where Act 8 of 1851 is in force, and may also extend both Acts to places where Act 8 of 1851 is not in force. A person managing toll collection under Act 8 of 1851 may, in discretion, make a compounding arrangement for up to one year instead of collecting the toll rate
