GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT West Bengal Act II of 1982 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1982. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 23rd March, 1982.] [23rd March, 1982.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1982. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1982; It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-third Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1982. Short title. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue of Rs. 6,42,38,38,366 may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 out of the of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees six Consolidated Fund of hundred and forty-two crores thirty-eight lakhs thirty-eight thousand West Bengal three hundred and sixty-six towards defraying the several charges which for the year 1981-82. will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1982, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropria- lion. Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1982. 25 The West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1982.
