GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LAW DEPARTMENT Legislative West Bengal Act IV of 1992 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1992. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 31st March, 1992.] [31st March, 1992.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992; It is hereby enacted in the Forty-third Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1992. Short title. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue of Rs. may be paid and appplied sums not exceeding those specified in column 5,23,26,06,210 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees five out of the hundred and twenty-three crores twenty-six lakhs six thousand two Consolidated Fund of hundred and ten towards defraying the several charges which will come West Bengal in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of for the year 1991-92. March, 1992, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropria- tion. Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992. 57 The West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1992.
