GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LAW DEPARTMENT Legislative West Bengal Act V of 1991 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (VOTE ON ACCOUNT) (NO. 2) ACT, 1991. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 31st July, 1991.] [31st July, 1991.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums front and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992; It is hereby enacted in the Forty-second Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Short title. Account) (No. 2) Act, 1991. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may Issue of Rs. 4135,75,84,0110 be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the out of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in Consoli- West Ben. column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on dated Fund of West Act I of Account) Act, 1991] to the sum of rupees four thousand one hundred Bengal for 1991. the year thirty-five crores seventy-five lakhs and eighty-four thousand towards 1991-92. defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3.
