Short title, extent and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called The, “Bihar Elementary School Education Committee (Repeal) Act, 2019.” (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once. 2. Repeal and Savings :- (1) The Bihar Elementary School Education Committee Act. 2011 (Bihar Act 12, 2011) is hearby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, the functions discharged under the said the Act will be treated valid and will not questioned on the basis of repeal of the Act.
