[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Gcrrernor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 29th March, 1958.1 [29th March, 1958.] to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1958. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal f or the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1958; It is hereby enacted in the Ninth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1.. This Act may be- called the West Bengal Short this, Appropriation Act, 1958 . 2.
