GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LAW DEPARTMENT Legislative West Bengal Act XI of 1990 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (No. 2) ACT, 1990. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 28th June, 1990.] [28th June, 1990.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1991. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1991; It is hereby enacted in the Forty-first Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (No. 2)(cid:9) Short title. Act, 1990. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may Issue of be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Rs. 73,74,05, 72,000 out Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in of the West Ben. column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Consolidated Act 1 of Fund of West 1990.
