GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT West Bengal Act II of 1977 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1977. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 30th March, 1977.] [30th March, 1977.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums front and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 1977. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1977; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-eighth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows : 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Act, Short title. 1977. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue of Rs. 2,14,12,31,893 may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in out of the column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Consolidated rupees two hundred fourteen crores twelve lakhs thirty-one thousand Fund of West Bengal for the eight hundred and ninety-three towards defraying the several charges year 1976-77. which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1977, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of Appropriation. the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1977. 25 The West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1977.
