[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature. ] 'Assent of the Governor was first published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 31st March, 2012.1 An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2013. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2013; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:— Short title.(cid:9) 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act. 2012. (cid:9) 2 THE KOLKATA GA7FTTE, EXTRAORDINARY, MARCH 31, 2012(cid:9) [PARr III The West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 2012. (Sections 2, 3.) Issue of Rs. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal, there may be paid 39434.53.61,000 and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting out of the Consolidated in the aggregate to the sum of rupees thirty-nine thousand four hundred thirty-four Fund of West crore fifty-three lakh and sixty-one thousand towards defraying the several charges Bengal foi the year 2012-2013. which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2013. in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. Appropriation. 3.
