The Telangana Survey and Boundaries (Validation) Act, 1924

--- Section 1. Section 1.Short title. --- This Act may be called 1 [the Telangana Survey and Boundaries (Validation) Act, 1924.] [Footnotes] 1. Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016. --- Section 2. Section 2.Principal Act. --- In this Act, " 1 [the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 (Act VIII of 1923)]" shall mean what was published under that title at pages 121 to 126 in Part IV of the Fort St. George Gazette, dated the 29th day of May 1923. [Footnotes] 1. Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016. --- Section 3. Section 3.Amendment of section 11 of the Principal Act. --- The provisions contained in 1 [the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 (Act VIII of 1923)], are hereby enacted with the substitution of the words "A copy of the order and a copy of the map recording the boundaries as determined under section 9, 10 or 11 (1) shall be furnished to any person interested in such order or map" for the words "A copy of the order under section 10, or 11 (1) and a copy of the order regarding the boundaries as determined under section 9, 10, or 11 (1) shall be furnished to any person interested in such orders" occuring in sub-section (2) of section 11 of 1 [the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 (Act VIII of 1923.)] And the said provisions with the said substitution shall be deemed to have been in force with effect from the 29th day of May 1923.
