The Birth and Death Act, 1969
This Act sets up a system for registering births and deaths, with registrars, chief registrars, reporting duties, delayed registration rules, and penalties for false information or non-compliance.
The Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 (Act No. 18 of 1969) [31St May 1969] An Act to provide for the regulation of registration of births and deaths and for matters connected therewith.
