The West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1950
This Act authorizes payment, application, and appropriation of specified sums from the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the year ending 31 March 1951.
West Bengal Act XX of 1950 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1950. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extra- ordinary, of the 31st March, 1950.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal to the service of the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 1951. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appro- priation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal to the service of the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 1951; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1.
