GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LAW DEPARTMENT Legislative NOVINCATION No. 1060-L.-23rd July, 2012.—The following Act of the West Bengal Legislature, having been assented to by the Governor, is hereby published for general information:— West Bengal Act XIII of 2012 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (No. 2) ACT, 2012. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 23rd July, 2012.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2013. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2013; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:— Short title.(cid:9) 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2012. (cid:9) 2 THE KOLKATA GAZE 11'E, EXTRAORDINARY, JULY 23, 2012(cid:9) [Pan In The West Bengal Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2012. (Sections 2, 3.) Issue of Rs. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal, there may be paid 118180,99,22,000 and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting out of Consoli- dated Fund of in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal for West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 2012] to the sum of rupees one West Ben. Act IV year 2012-2013. of 2012. lakh eighteen thousand one hundred eighty crore ninety-nine lakh and twenty-two thousand towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2013, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. Appropriation. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2013.
