The West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1954
The Act authorises payment and appropriation of up to Rs. 90,67,83,001 from the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the year ending 31 March 1955.
West Bengal Act IX of 1954 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1954. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 30th March, 1954.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the service 'of the year ending on the thirty- first day of March, 1955. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Conso dated Fund of West Bengal for the service of the year end- ing on the thirty-first day of March, 1955 ; It is hereby enacted as follows :- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria- Short title, tion Act, 1954. 2.
