Short title, extent and commencement.— (i) This Act may be called "The Bihar Technical Service Commission (amendment) Act, 2019". (ii) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar (iii) It shall come in to force from the date of its publication in the official gazette. 2. Amendment in Section-13(1) of Bihar Act 13, 2014 (As amended time to time) .— Subsection (1) of section-13 of said Act, 2014 shall be Substituted by the following :- "(1) For conduct of functions, administrative and financial powers of the Commission shall be same as are provided by the Rules made under this Act by the State Government."
