GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LAW DEPARTMENT Legislative NOTIFICATION No. 1086-L.-29th July, 2005.—The following Act of the West Bengal Legislature, having been assented to by the Governor, is hereby published for general information:— West Bengal Act XII of 2005 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (No. 2) ACT, 2005. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 29th July, 2005.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2006. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2006; It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:— Short title. (Sections 2, 3.) Issue of Rs. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal, there may be paid 42207,78,49,000 and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting out of the Consolidated in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in column 3 of the Schedule to Fund of West the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 2005] to the sum of rupees West Ben.
