WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation ofcertain sums from and out ofthe ConsolidatedFund ofWest Bengalforthe services andpurposes ofthe year ending on the thirty-first day ofMarch, 2023; It is hereby enacted in the Seventy-third Year ofthe Republic ofIndia, by the Legislature ofWest Bengal, as follows:- Shorttitle. 1. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal, there may be 323568,01,04,000 outofthe paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule Consolidated. amounting in the aggregate to the sum ofrupees three lakh twenty-three thousand Fundof WestBengalfor five hundred sixty-eight crore one lakh and four thousand towards defraying the theyear 2022-2023. several charges which will come in course ofpayment during the year ending on the thirty-first day ofMarch, 2023, in respect ofthe services and purposes specified in column 2 ofthe Schedule. Appropriation. 3. The sums authorisedtobepaidandappliedfromandoutofthe Consolidated Fund ofWest Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated forthe services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2023.
