I;b{3 eg. \' ;- THE NAGALAND APPROPRIATION (NO.2) ACT, 2024 An Act To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State ofNagaland to the services of the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2025. It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Fifth year of the Republic of India as follows. Short Title and Commencement I. This Act may be called the Naga land Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2024. Withdrawal of t 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of 23727,87,11,000/- Nagaland there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding (Rupees twenty three thousand seven those speci6ed in column (5) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of t 23727,87,11,000/- (Rupees hundred twenty twenty three thousand seven hundred twenty seven crore seven crore eighty seven lakh eleven eighty seven lakh eleven thousand only) towards defraying thousand only) from the several charges which will come in course of payment and out of the during the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2025 Consolidated Fund of in respect of services specified in column (1) of the Schedule. the State ofNagaland for the Financial year 202+25. 3.
