Parliamentary Secretaries and Pension for Ex-Members Act, 2005 (Fifth Amendment) Act 2016. Short title and Commencement: 1. This Act may be called The Nagaland Salaries, Allowances, Other Facilities of the Chief Minister, Other Ministers, Speaker, Leader of Opposition, Deputy Speaker and Other Members of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Parliamentary Secretaries and Pension for Ex-Members Act, 2005 (Fifth Amendment) Act, 2016 2. The Fifth Amendment Act 2016 shall have effect from the date the Governorgives his assent to the Act.
