GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT West Bengal Act VII of 1981 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1981. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 28th March, 1981.] [28th March, 1981.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1981. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1982; It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-second Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Act, Short title. 1981. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue of may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 Rs. 26,79, 55,91,000 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees twenty- out of the Consolidated six hundred and seventy-nine crores fifty-five lakhs and ninety-one Fund of thousand towards defraying the several charges which will come in course West Bengal for the year of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1982, 1981-82. in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropria- hon. Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1982. 29 The West Bengal Appropriation Act,1981.
