GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL Legislative Department West Bengal Act X of 1963 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1963 [Passed by the West Bengal. Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first_ published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 30th March, 1963.] [30th March, 1963.] A a Act to author-ise payment and appropriation, of certain sums from and out of the consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the sea-vices and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March,. 1964. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appro- priation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1964; It is hereby enacted in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Short Act, 1963.(cid:9) title. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Tissue of Bengal, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding Rs.2,42,38, those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the 78,000 aggregate to the sum of rupees two hundred and forty-two out of the Consoli- crores, thirty-eight lans and seventy-eight thousand towards dated defraying the several charges which will come in course of Fund of payment during the year ending on. the thirty-first day of gtWest eBra er n March, 1964, in respect of the services and purposes specified in: column 2 of the Schedule.(cid:9) 4 e 1 963-64. 3.
