GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT West Bengal Act XIX of 1977 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (NO. 2) ACT, 1977. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 30th September, 1977.] [30th September, 1977.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1978. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1978; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-eighth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Short title. (No. 2) Act, 1977. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue of Rs. may he paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in 12,14,71,70,0GO out of the column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of Consolidated West Ben. Act the sums specified in column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Fund of West 1 of 1977. Bengal for the Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 1977 and the West Bengal year 1977-78. West Ben.
