About this statute

This Act establishes Madhav University, Pindwara (Sirohi), sets out its governing bodies and powers, and requires the university to follow regulatory standards, self-finance, and comply with fee, examination, accreditation, and state oversight rules. The administrator must report to the State Government after the last batch of regular-course students has been awarded degrees, diplomas, or awards. After receiving that report, the State Government must notify the dissolution of the University, and the University’s assets and liabilities vest in the Sponsoring Body on publication of that notification.
