(1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Short title, extent and Anadhikrit vikas Ka Niyamitik4ran . commencement' 2azi. (b) (i) if the unautho rized, development is done on the plot/site reserved - for the prescribed parking, then the regularua_tion will be - allowed only after. the prescribed additional penalty amount for lack of parking has been paid by the applicant.
