Be it‘enacted by the Legislature of Manipur in the Fifty-fourth ye‘ar 0fth3— Republic of India as follows: 1. Short tide and commencement-TU) This ACt may be called the Manipur‘ Hill Areas (House Tax) Second AmendmentAct, 2003. (2) It shall b'o deemed to have come into force from the 1st day of January 2003. 2.
