THE NAGALAND APPROPRIATION ( NO. 5) Act, 2021 An Act To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to the services of the year ended on the thirty first day of March, 2015. It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Second year of the Republic of India as follows. Short Title and This Act may be called the Nagaland Appropriation Commencement (No. 5) Act, 2021. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland there may be paid and applied further sums not Withdrawal of exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule 38,78,00,000/- amounting in the aggregate to the sum of T 38,78,00,000/- (Rupees thirty eight (Rupees thirty eight erore seventy eight iakh only) crore seventy eight deemed to have been paid and applied to meet the amount faith only) from and out of the Consolidated spent for defraying the charges in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the schedule during the financial Fund of the State of year ended on the thirty first day of March, 2015 in excess to Nagaland for the the amount authorised or granted for those services for that Financial year 2014-15 Year.
