Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the sixty third year of the Republic of India, as follows :- (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 24 eb Z 2012 3 1. Short title, Extent and commencement .- (1) This Act may be called the The Chanakya National Law University (Amendment) Act, 2012. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force from the date of publication of notification in the official Gazzette. 2.
