An Act To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to the services of the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2021. It is hereby enacted in the Seventy first year of the Republic of India as follows. 1. This Act njav, b ailed the Nagaland Appropriation (No. I) Short Title and Act, 2020. Commencement Withdrawal of 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of 446922,96,000/- Nagaland there may he paid and applied further sums not (Rupees(cid:9) four exceeding those specified in the Schedule amounting in the thousand(cid:9) four aggregate to the sum of 4469,2296,O00/- (Rupees four hundred sixty nine thousand four hundred sixty nine erure twenty two laIh crore twenty two lakh ninety six thousand only) towards defraying the several ninety six thousand charges which will come in course of payment during the year only)(cid:9) from and out ending on the thirty first day of March. 2020 in respect of of the Consntidalcd services specified in Column (5) of the Schedule Fund of the State of Nagaland for Financial Year 201.9-20.
