An Act to authorise payment and appropriation ofc ertain sums from ando ut oft he Consolidated Fund of West Bengal/or the services and purposes ofa part oft he year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2020. WHBEAS • it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending oo the thirty-first day of March, 2020; II is hereby enacted in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India. by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- Sbort tille. 1. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal, there may be paid 79900.68,40,000 and applied swns not exceeding those specified in column 3 oft he Schedule amounting OUI of lhe Col\SOlidatcd in the aggregate to the sum of rupees seventy•nine thousand nine hundred crore Fund of West sixty-eight lakh and forty thousand towards defraying the several charges which will Bcnpl for the year 2019-2020. come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2020, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. Appropriation. 3.
