GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LAW DEPARTMENT Legislative NOTIFICATION No. 545-L.--26th March, 2013.—The following Act of the West Bengal Legislature, having been assented to by the Governor, is hereby published for general information:— West Bengal Act III of 2013 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (VOTE ON ACCOUNT) ACT, 2013. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 26th March, 2013.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a pan of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2014. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2014; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:— Short title.(cid:9) 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 2013. (cid:9) 2 THE KOLKATA GAtt 11E, EXTRAORDINARY, MARCH 26, 2013(cid:9) [PART III The West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 2013. (Sections 2, 3.) Issue of Rs. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal, there may be paid 43601,87,83,000 and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting out of the Consolidated in the aggregate to the sum of rupees forty-three thousand six hundred one crore Fund of West eighty-seven lakh and eighty-three thousand towards defraying the several charges Bengal for the year 2013-2014. which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2014, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. Appropriation. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2014.
