(l) This Act may be called the Kbondmals Laws Regulation (Repeal)Act, 1985 and com- mencement. (2) This section shall comeinto force atonceand the remainingprovisions of this Act shall come into force on such date asthe State Government may, by notification appoim in this behalf. Repeal of 2. The Khondmals Laws Regulation, 1936 is hereby repealed Regulation 4 of 1936. Removal of 3. For removalof doubts it ISherebydeclaredthat notwithsanding the repeal of doubts. the saidRegulation anenactments specifiedin the Schedulethereto which werein force immediately prior to the commenccment of this Act in the areascomprising the district asdefined in the said Regulation; shall continue in force in the saidareas untill altered or repealed, or amended by a competent legiSlature qr ccmpetent authority. 4.
