GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT West Bengal Act XII of 1986 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (No. 2) ACT, 1986. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 16th May, 1986.] [16th May, 1986.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1987. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1987; It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-seventh Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (No. 2) Short title. Act, 1986. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may Issue of Rs. be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the 40,15,27,73,000 out of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in Consolidated West Ben. column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Fund of West Act Ill of Account) Act, 1986] to the sum of rupees forty hundred and fifteen crores Bengalfor 1986. the year twenty-seven Iakhs and seventy-three thousand towards defraying the 1986-87. several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1987, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropria- Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for Lion. the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1987. 81 The West Bengal Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 1986.
