Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-seventh Year of the Republic oflndia, as follows :- 1. (l) ThisAct may becalled the Chhattisgarh Coseva Ayog (Amendment) short title, extent Act,2016. flnd commencement' O [t extends to the who]e State ofChhaltisgarh. (3) [t shal] come into force fi'om the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. (r) After clause (c) ofSection 2 of the Chhattisgarh Goseva Ayog Act, 2004 Amendmenr of (No.23 of2004), (hereinafter re1'erred to as the PrincipaiAct), the foilowing scction 2' shall be inserted. namely:- "(c-l) "Vice-Chairperson" means the Vice-Chairperson ofthe Ayog." (i) in sub-section (I), after the word "Chairperson" the words and symbol ", Vice-Chairperson" shall be inserted.
