THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED FINANCIAL ANALYST OF INDIA UNIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) ACT 2014 (NAGALAND ACT No.8 OF 2015) Received the assent of the Governor of Nagaland on27.4.15 and published in 29t the Nagaland Gazette Extraordinary dt may 2015) An Act To Amend the ICFAI University, Nagaland Act 2006 (Act No.2 of 2006) The ICFAI University, Nagaland (Amendment) act, 2014 Whereas it is expedient to amend the ICFAI, University, Nagaland Act 2 to 2006 in the manner as given here under: It is thereby enacted in this sixty fifth year of the Republic of India as follows; 1.(cid:9) Short Title and commandment: i. This Act shall be called the ICFAI University Amendment Act, Nagaland. ii. It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may notify in official gazette. 2. Amendments: i. 'Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts' wherever it occurred in all the documents shall be substituted by the word 'ICFAI ii. Words like CFA (Charter and Designation, The council of Chartered Financial Analysts and Charter') whereverthey occurred shall be deleted totally. iii. Chapter 1-Clause 2- (xxvii & xxix) these clauses shall be deleted in full. iv. Schedule as per section 6(1) of the Act has been revised to include courses and programmes run by the university. xxx 286
