GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT West Bengal Act II of 1986 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1986. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 29th March, 1986.] [29th March, 1986.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1986. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty- first day of March, 1986; It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-seventh Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1986. Short title. 2: From and out of the Consolidated Found of West Bengal there Issue of Rs. 6,12,26,03,676 may he paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 out of the of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees six Consolidated Fund of hundred and twelve crores thirty-six lakhs three thousand six hundred and West Bengal seventy-six towards defraying the several charges which will come in for the year 1985-86. course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1986 in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 17 The West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1986.
