Commencement (3) It shall come into force at once. Hindi to be 2- Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 346 and 347 of the Official Language Constitution, Hindi in Devanagri script shall be the language used in respect of the State of the following:-- (a) (1) ordinances promulgated under Article 213 of the Constitution; (2) orders, notifications. rules regulations and byelaws issued by the State Government under the Constitution of India or under any law made by Parliament or the Legislature of the State; and (b) all or any of the Official Purposes of the State : Provided that the State Government may by general of special order in this behalf permit the use of International form of Indian numerals for any Official purpose of the State. Use of Sanskrit 3- In the interest of Sanskrit speaking people, Sanskrit language shall be used as second Official language for such purposes as may be notified by the State Government from time to time. Repeal and 4- (1) The Uttar Pradesh Official Language Act, 1951 is hereby repealed in relation sharing to Uttarakhand. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal specified in sub-section (1), anything done or any action taken under this Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act were in force at all material times,
