WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and, appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal to the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1951; It is hereby enacted as follows :- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Short title. (No. 2) Act, 1951. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Issue of Rs. 2,40,36,000 Bengal there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding out of the those specified in column 8 of the Schedule amounting in the Consolidat- ed Fund of aggregate to the sum of Rupees two crores forty lakhs and West thirty-six thousand towards defraying the several charges Bengal for the year which will come in course of payment during the year ending 1950-51. on the thirty-first day of March, 1951, in respect of the services specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3.
