The West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1951
This Act authorises payment and appropriation of specified sums from the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for 1951–52, up to the amounts set out in the Schedule.
West Bengal Act X of 1951 THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1951. (Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.) [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 31st March, 1951.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal to the service of the year ending on the thirty- first day of March, 1952. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal to the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1952; It is hereby enacted as follows :- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria- Short title. tion Act, 1951. 2.
