Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called The Bihar School Examination Board (Amendment) Act, 2019. (2) It shall extend to whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Sub-Section (4) of Section.— 4 of the Bihar School Examination Board Act, 1952.
