[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 31st March, 1995.] [31st March, 1995.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1995. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1995; It is hereby enacted in the Forty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1995. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may I R s s s . u 1 e 2 o ,5 f 7,43, be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the 57,949 out Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees one thousand of the Consolidated two hundred fifty-seven crores forty-three lakhs fifty-seven thousand nine Fund of hundred and forty-nine towards defraying the several charges which will West Bengal for the year come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day 1994-95. of March, 1995, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
