[PassedbytheWestBengalLegislature.] [Assent ofthe Governorwas firstpublishedintheKolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, ofthe 31stMarch, 2022.] An'Act to authorisepayment andappropriation ofcertainfurthersumsfrom and outoftheConsolidatedFundofWestBengalfortheservicesandpurposesoftheyear endingonthethirty-firstdayofMarch, 2022. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation ofcertain further sums from and out ofthe Consolidated Fund ofWest Bengal for the services and purposes ofthe year ending on the thirty-first day ofMarch; 2022; It is hereby enacted in the Seventy-third Year ofthe Republic ofIndia, by the Legislature ofWest Bengal, as follows:- Shorttitle. 1. Issue of Rs. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal, there may be 20751,35,23,000 paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule out of the ConsolidatedFund amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees twenty thousand seven hundred of West Bengal for the year2021 fifty-one crore thirty-five lakh and twenty-three thousand only towards defraying the 2022. several charges which will come in course ofpayment during the year ending· on the thirty-first day ofMarch, 2022, in respect ofthe services and purposes specified in column 2 ofthe Schedule. Appropriation. 3. The sums authorisedtobe paidandappliedfromandoutofthe Consolidated Fund ofWest Bengalby this Act shall be appropriated forthe services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2022.
