Statute overview

About this statute

This decree applies to food supplements marketed as food products and presented as such, and those products are sold in prepacked form. The legislative function may be delegated to the Government only with set principles and directives, for a limited time, and for defined subjects. The President of the Republic has the listed constitutional powers and functions, including messaging Parliament, calling elections and referendums, promulgating laws, ratifying treaties, commanding the armed forces, and granting pardons. Article 117 lists areas of concurrent legislation and gives regions legislative power there, except for fundamental principles reserved to the State. It also requires regions and autonomous provinces, within their компетence, to take part in forming EU normative acts and to implement international agreements and EU acts. This article amends decree no. 111/1992 by deleting some words, repealing several paragraphs, and renaming one heading.
