About this statute
This provision keeps certain prior acts, effects, rights, and legal relationships valid, extends that savings rule to pending proceedings, and requires ministerial decrees to be agreed with the Conferenza unificata unless no agreement is reached within 60 days. Some ministerial decrees and acts in the cinema rules must be adopted with the Conference’s agreement or after hearing it; earlier acts had to be sent to the Conference within 30 days. Until the basic principles law is set, the Minister for Cultural Heritage and Activities sets the rules and annual allocation rates for contributions to entertainment activities by non-regulatory decrees, and an older ministerial regulation is repealed. This article sets out how the State-City and Local Autonomies Conference and the Unified Conference are chaired and convened.
