The Act may be cited as the National Cereals and Produce Board Act. This section provides definitions for terms used in the Act (for example: "agent", "authorized officer", "Board", "flour", "grist", "maize", "maize product", "mill", "producer", "railway loading point", "scheduled agricultural produce", and "wheat").
