About this statute

This Act may be cited as the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights Act. Section 2 names: the National Youth Service; the Kenya Wildlife Service; and any other Disciplined Service established by any written law. It also states "Section 2(2) Spent." Sets qualifications for appointment of the Chairperson and members, listing education, experience and Chapter Six requirements, and disqualifications.
