About this statute
The Act may be cited as the Judiciary Fund Act. Defines the terms "Chief Registrar" and "Fund". Section 3 states objectives to safeguard the financial and operational independence of the Judiciary. The National Assembly may appropriate monies out of the Consolidated Fund. The Chief Registrar must submit the Fund's accounts to the Auditor‑General within three months after the end of each financial year; the accounts must be audited and reported in accordance with the Public Audit Act.
