PUBLISHING DETAILS Page 2 SL 17 of 2021 c Public Holidays Order, 2021 Paragraph 1 CAYMAN ISLANDS Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ORDER, 2021 (SL 17 of 2021) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order— 1. Citation 1. This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays Order, 2021. 2. Amendment of the Schedule to the Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) - list of Pubic General Holidays 2. The Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) is amended in the Schedule by repealing paragraph 11 and substituting the following paragraph — “11. In the year 2021, notwithstanding any declarations otherwise, April 14, 2021 shall be a public general holiday, being the day that the Governor appointed by proclamation for a general election in the Islands in accordance with section 86(1) of the Cayman Islands Constitution Order, 2009.”.
