Certain vehicles carrying bulk inflammable liquids or liquefied petroleum gases may only use the roads listed in these regulations.

Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Roads (Prohibited Vehicles) Regulations (1998 Revision). 2. Prohibited vehicles 2. Vehicles carrying in bulk inflammable liquids or liquefied petroleum gases, from or to the Esso Standard Oil or Texaco Carib terminals in South Church Street, George Town to and from the destinations mentioned below are prohibited from using any roads other than the following — (a) Alice’s Texaco Station, South Church Street, Memorial Boulevard, Elgin Avenue Walkers Road-Hospital Road-Elgin Avenue; and return on the same roads (b) Caribbean Utilities South Church Street, Harbour Drive-North Limited, North Sound Church Street-Eastern Avenue-North Road Sound Road; and return via Crewe Road- Smith Road-Walkers Road-Memorial Boulevard-South Church Street c Revised as at 27th day of January, 1998 Page 5 Regulation 2 Roads (Prohibited Vehicles) Regulations (c) Delworth’s Esso Service South Church Street-Harbour Drive-North Centre, North Church Church Street-Eastern Avenue; and return Street via Crewe Road-Smith Road-Walkers Road-Memorial Boulevard-South Church Street (d) Owen Roberts South Church Street-Memorial Boulevard- International Airport and Walkers Road-Smith Road-Crewe Road- all destinations in Crewe Airport Road; and return on the same roads Road (e) All destinations east of South Church Street-South Sound Road; Owen Roberts and return on the same roads.
