PUBLISHING DETAILS Page 2 SL 42 of 2022 c National Pensions (Maximum Pensionable Earnings) Order, 2022 Paragraph 1 CAYMAN ISLANDS National Pensions Act (2012 Revision) NATIONAL PENSIONS (MAXIMUM PENSIONABLE EARNINGS) ORDER, 2022 (SL 42 of 2022) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the National Pensions Act (2012 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — 1. Citation 1. This Order may be cited as the National Pensions (Maximum Pensionable Earnings) Order, 2022. 2. Year’s maximum pensionable earnings for 2022 2. For the purposes of section 3 of the National Pensions Act (2012 Revision), the year’s maximum pensionable earnings prorated for the period commencing on 1st October, 2022 and ending on 31st December, 2022 is twenty-one thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars. c SL 42 of 2022 Page 3 Paragraph 3 National Pensions (Maximum Pensionable Earnings) Order, 2022 3. Expiry 3. (1) This Order expires on 31st December, 2022. (2) The amount of the year’s maximum pensionable earnings as defined by section 3 of the National Pensions Act (2012 Revision) shall immediately after the expiry of this Order be read and construed as if it had never been amended by this Order.
