Date: 1st August, 2018 A LAW TO AMEND THE WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION LAW, 2015 IN ORDER TO EMPHASISE THAT THE LAW APPLIES TO ALL EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS IN THE ISLANDS; AND FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONNECTED PURPOSES ENACTED by the Legislature of the Cayman Islands. 1. (1) This Law may be cited as the Whistleblower Protection (Amendment) Short title and commencement Law, 2018. (2) This Law shall come into force on such date as may be appointed by Order made by the Cabinet. 2.
